As a child I always loved to draw and paint but never seriously pursued this talent.  However, when my four children, one-by-one, began leaving home for college, I found myself with time to pursue this love which had been fostered in my childhood.  Through my paintings I endeavor to express God’s creation in many forms.  I love to paint places and people which are in some way significant to me,  and I always love to paint flowers which simply make me happy.   My desire is to not become stagnant in my art and to constantly evolve as a painter through learning and hearing from others.  I am thankful to the Lord as He has gifted me with this love and talent, and I want to use this gift to glorify Him.
